I'm inferring from your work that a) you've had surgery and b) you have a fear of the hospital / doctors / anything hospital-ish. (I'm getting this from all your paintings in general.) ...am I close? maybe? :)

You're right about the hospital-ish stuff. My life has been colored with many interesting events which contribute to acute mental illness, and rather than lie on a couch and pay someone to listen to me, I just take it out on paint and canvases :)

Have you listened to Metastasis by Iannis Xenakis? search it on youtube and hear it. It was the first abstract piece I learned to appreciate (for a school project). It was hard to decipher, but now it's one of my favorites and it's really beautiful. I find myself associating it with your artwork. ;)
