--- Tag! You are... I prefer the engineer's version: The glass is twice as big as it needs to be. The way I see it, if you're old enough to ask, you're old enough to know. Mom's good with it.... I resent this! 'The area of a circle is Pi(r)squared.' Pi are NOT square, pi are round; cobbler may be square, but pi are round. Fun! Beware the closed box. Oooohh, MINE!!!! *noms* This will probably be me. *BIIIIG thumbs-up for this graph* It's even more fun when you have 3 of them. Somewhat sadly, this is usually true. I don't use my phone for taking pictures, or texting for that matter. I use it to call people. *eye starts to twitch* I've said it before, patience is a virtue. *shrugs* :/ Static electricity...*sighs in exasperation* Well.... See above. *happily beats chart to death with disk* *goes to turn off autoformat, grumbling all the while* Again, see above. What I cannot play: Well, we weren't eaten, but we did nearly die of boredom when the ride broke down and we were stuck in the same room for 20 minutes.... Ooooohh....*gets dizzy* As this is a relatively accurate statistic, it kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it? *wracks brain for a caption; can't find one* I really don't know why I find this funny. It shouldn't be, but for some strange reason it is.... And this one makes no sense at all to me. Maybe one of you can explain it. ---- And here are some statistics for movies/TV shows/books: ---- I was at Walgreen's today and I didn't find any! So if I can't find it at Walgreens, where am I going to get my plutonium? -- But what if I need to eat soup? In a nutshell...(and a format which neither Bill nor Ted would understand) -- *shrugs again* :/ Very simple. Why do people have so much trouble with it? They have trouble with this one too. In response to the image above: Fill in the blank. After filling in the blank correctly: That about covers it. Kind of repetitive, don't you think? There are always exceptions to any rule. So, what is going to happen today? --- I'm not completely sure, but I think this might be the longest post on the forum. | ||

*is loved* :) And here are some more. ----- My Tron paper crafts are always falling apart It's a good place to start, but don't forget to check your references. I put a hard boiled egg in the microwave, it exploded in my eye. *sigh* Definitely. Tarantulas are cool! Do you think he'll ever give up? Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! *giggles insanely* As a girl myself, and a sci-fi nerd, why would this be bad thing? Theoretically, nowhere might be a good place.... Be sure to keep your cats out of the way. *blinks* :/ Sad, but true. If you type Sedona into Wikipedia, you can see my house in the pic. Lines... Caught it, was sick for a week, got better. Lots of things go there; these: And these: And these too: It's very *yawns* important to get enough slee...zzzzzzz... *noms on apple* I see no problem... *shakes head* Grammar isn't that hard. Random culture insert: Why I don't wear them: Our tax dollars hard at work... Don't forget hanging out on forums like this one. Yup. *noms on M&Ms* Yumm.... It's like the Force. A light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together. Selectively deaf, no? So I can deal with the deaf people in the graph above. *eye starts to twitch* *eye continues twitching* Physics is fun! Building fall down, go BOOM! *nods enthusiastically* | ||

Forum Posts: 1364 Comments: 153 Reviews: 0 | Actually, I've seen XKCD everywhere, but never ended up on the site itself. Until now. I'm a bit unnerved, because I could very easily end up as I did with UserFriendly.org: completely inable to do anything worthwhile for the amount of time it takes me to go through the entire backlog. Laughing maniacally all the while (or until my vocal cords are completely frayed), and slapping my thighs until they're sore.
God help me. Edit: OK, so if I'm to spend x amount of time clicking my way through XKCD, the rest of you should - in solidarity - lose yourself, too. Here's one place to do it: | ||

That was fun. What do I do next?

Laugh at my next set(again, only a few):
*eye is twitching* *old woman's voice* In my day we had to make an oil painting.....
You can too! Frodo and Sam proved it! Wonderful things, Jedi mind tricks. --End insert-- Actually, it takes 1.5 months. *shifts eyes* Sadly enough. Don't forget the whipped cream... Who? Optical illusions are fun. *giggles* | ||
