Nervous? I don't think so, I imagine it was more frustration, with questions that have no pat answer, with time constraints - with the usual distance that stands between what he's always asked and what he'd really like to say ;).

I sometimes find myself thinking about what it's like for him - how many people does he really have to talk to, who can keep up with him?

I have had the thought that the Klaatu that he gave us - that was not really the Klaatu of the short story or the original film - was just that little bit beneath his own skin..

... that frightens me.

News of new Matrix films fills me with trepidation. Can the damage caused by the sequels be erased by some new films in 3D?

... you know what? bring it on, Wachowskis. Give them the Matrix in 3D. Hell, give it to them in 4D. Give them the special effects and the visual tricks and whatnot. But give us food for thought too. You could do it once, you can do it again. Just don't make it another Speed Racer. Instead, give them more 'damage'.
