There is NO DOUBT in my small mind that there are multiple accounts to be had on that disaster of a board. I think they don't even know who they're fighting with, they're so messed up they're fighting with themselves!! Okay does anyone know who ckage is?? Is he/she a part of this board? | ||

Its useless to go there. I did not have an imdb account and that is a good thing caz I know it cost $$$$ to post there and I have to say, IMDB needs to either repair the damage this Nutcase has done, or refund your $$$$.   | ||

Most of the main site content is a combination of Ckage and Anakin's witty responses to negative posters. There are two levels of account at Imdb - one is free which I think you will find is what most of us have. The other is a paid account with extra features. I think at its most professional level, people in the business use it for finding work etc. | ||

Okay no I was going to suggest to give her the link...lol I had NO idea about this board I just actually found the member page and saw her on there, thanks! Lonestar, you can sign up for free at IMDB, although it's really not worth it anymore  I think people are so upset at what's going on there, no one knows whos the good guys and who the bad guys are, it's just kind of crazy. | ||

| Forum Posts: 4842 Comments: 381 Reviews: 13 | as for whether the closing of Keanuweb has anything to do with the recent weirdness on the IMDb boards... the two events mightbe related, but I was quite a regular at Kweb for almost a year...and never saw such madness. there were occasional disagreements, some more 'vocal' than others, but not to this extent. Isis could not make too many waves there... a certain 'dogbreath' managed to do get some attention but not for a long time... ...now that I think about it, there WAS a 'local war' of some sort in the week before Merlin pulled the plug... but more like a cat fight between two or three posters there...and I did not pay any attention to it. you know, it [ what's happening lately] at IMDb could be a test. like Anakin said, an admin or a mod getting his/her kicks in a strange way. or someone's testing the way fans react to certain situations ? an experiment of some sort ? 'cause I had a strange feeling the 'dogbreath' case on Kweb was some sort of red herring... ... or I'm just becoming the Paranoid Android. ok, off to read Anne Rice  | ||

It seems to me that they're trying to turn IMDB into UGossip (JTJ). Because at UG, people just post seemingly randomly, but you can have conversations with others. At the IMDB it's funny how someone will post and then someone will answer back rather quickly.  That hasn't always been the case at the KR IMDB board. At least not since I've been posting there, which is at least a couple of years.It's just odd to me, because people I'd seen posting before at IMDB and who were seemingly normal (not talking about you LuxN)  jumped into the brouhaha and started posting back and forth to the others. So, that makes me think there was some kind of "history" there. (I know why LuxN did, because some posters were rude to her.)Or maybe it is a red herring? Who knows anymore? Not me.  I still don't get how all the deletions are happening or who the mod is. Just bizarre. Oh yeah, I went to KWeb only infrequently, so never got to see any arguments or anything. I wish the IMDB new posters would chill out.  | ||

Like I said before, dont let them drive you away. Just keep posting around them and answering your friends etc. | ||

Not when it comes to hacking IMDb. Then again, Tom is Neo's first name too.  And I thought that the Back to the Future Fandom Drama of December 2007 was bad... I have typed the F-word a total of two (2) times in my life. Once was at the peak of the above incident, and the second with regard to the trolls at IMDb Keanu boards getting my posting quota up to 2 minutes despite my complete and utter innocence. | ||
