The pay isn't great, but it's paid publication, and other erotica writers tell me that's how their careers started, before they got book contracts. So I'm feeling good! I have four books with a publisher and I have sold about 600 copies in total this last quarter and will receive about $1000 in commission. The first quarter though I only sold about 45 copies and got $105 - so it takes a while to build up enough of a back catalogue to make a difference. AND you gotta keep writing new stuff or the money soon dries up. Congrats to you Sonja. I saw Ravenous Romance were asking for submissions. Great that they like your stuff. | ||
