Multiple people who are close to Keanu have stated that he is not on social media, and Keanu himself has likewise said that he isn't. I don't know what else can be done, unfortunately. Try and contact social services in your area.

Would it be possible for you to be present during one of those FaceTime calls? (Or ask her to take a photo.) It would be easiest to tell if it's an impostor, but one other tactic they use is to show a video of Keanu talking and then do a voice over, so it looks like he's speaking.

Keanu's friends (and Keanu himself) have repeatedly emphasised that he is not on social media and will not contact anyone through there:
