It's from Poland, and at approximately 01:45 Keanu mentions working on a documentary called "Side by Side", which he says is about "the science, art and impact of digital cinematography". Apart from the obvious cool choices he's been making recently - at least in my mind - such as coming up with an original idea for a sci fi film and tapping Jon Spaihts to write a script for, which I've talked about HERE. He apparently has an awesome, and dare I say relevant documentary on filmmaking in the works. I hope he finally gains some cred after all this stuff comes to fruition, because he's basically two for two now.
