Crossover with the Real World (-)  Dr. Brown was almost certain that it couldn't be done. He was almost certain that it was impossible to travel from one dimension to another without changing the course of history but, then again, didn't time travel at first seem that way? Wanting to put to rest, and better calm his biting curiosity on the matter, Doc constructs a new flux capacitor that he thinks will solve the mystery of skipping through dimensions as well as times. On his very first attempt, only he try's out his new invention and finds it to be an enormous success, as well as an enormous new discovery. On his second experimental trip however, he decides to take both his wife and Marty along. This time, he puts in a different destination, but leaves the date the same. All goes well until a technical error with the time machine strands both Marty and Clara in an alternate 1985 dimension Parallel to the time of their own. What makes matters worse is that after Doc accidentally lands in that very same dimension Almost ten years earlier, he picks up an unwanted guest (Michael J. Fox), who threatens to destroy the very existence of the space-time continuum if his memory of the DeLorian time machine is not erased. Doc however experiences further techinical dificulties, and is forced to drag his young friend's look-alike around until he can somehow contact Marty without jeopardizing the universe of which he has just encountered. |
